| 1. Community Development Support Project
This project aims to improve basic living conditions, reduce poverty through economic participation, facilitate economic self-sufficiency, and support communities in creating better homes and villages through cooperation. Beyond simple material support, this project is a significant endeavor that contributes to the self-reliance of developing countries, strengthens international solidarity, and promotes global prosperity.
(1) Income Generation
We support the economic self-sufficiency of local communities by increasing income through various initiatives such as micro-enterprise support, small-scale agricultural support, livestock distribution, and customized job-seeking programs for vulnerable community members. In particular, we enhance value-added and create new jobs by supporting agricultural processing facilities, product development, and marketing. We provide customized support for women and marginalized groups to help them achieve economic independence.

(2) Social Infrastructure Development
We support residents in focusing on economic self-sufficiency by providing housing for low-income families, building water supply infrastructure, installing toilets, installing solar systems, conducting sanitation campaigns and hygiene education programs, and distributing water purification technologies. In particular, by building schools and hospitals, we strengthen human capital and lay the foundation for community development through expanded educational opportunities and improved health. By constructing roads and bridges, we improve transportation accessibility, facilitating the movement of goods and making it easier to access education and healthcare services.

(3) Community Participation
We support community members in planning and becoming self-sufficient through cooperation by forming communities such as communal farms, stores, cooperatives, and Saemaul Undong (New Community Movement). Most importantly, we create an atmosphere where community members can actively participate in projects from the planning stage. In particular, we support village meetings and cultural events to strengthen ties among community members and cultivate a sense of community. Ultimately, we aim to foster a mindset among local residents where they take the initiative to improve their lives and actively seek solutions to problems they encounter.

| 2. Education Support Project
This project aims to provide equal educational opportunities to children and adolescents in developing countries who are unable to access education due to poverty, war, social discrimination, and other factors. Moving beyond the basic imparting of knowledge, this project is a crucial endeavor that sows the seeds for sustainable development and contributes to shaping the future of humanity.
(1) One-on-One Sponsorship
The sponsorship project connects a sponsor with a child or extremely impoverished family in a developing country on a one-to-one basis to provide emotional support and various educational and living support. Through child-to-child sponsorship, sponsoring for children with disabilities, and scholarship support for extremely poor students, we help children receive a sufficient education. In particular, improving children’s education levels significantly contributes to the long-term development of the local community, and exchanges with sponsors help to foster international solidarity.

(2) Improvement of School Educational Infrastructure
This is an essential element in creating a high-quality learning environment. Through the provision of educational content, school facility improvements, and local teacher training, we support the development of human resources who can lead regional development and self-sufficient economies. In particular, we support the improvement of aging school facilities or the construction of new schools so that students can learn in a safe and comfortable environment.

(3) School Operation Support
We support the establishment of schools and provide the necessary funds, supplies, and materials for school operations. We provide learning materials, school supplies, bags, uniforms, and, in particular, support school meals to ensure that children from extremely poor families do not go hungry. Most importantly, we operate teacher training programs to improve teachers’ professionalism, and we develop and distribute educational materials tailored to the characteristics of the region and the level of students.

| 3. Emergency Relief for Natural Disasters and Refugees
The suffering caused by natural disasters is most severe. Victims cannot overcome disasters on their own without external help. We support victims to maintain their basic lives. We also support refugees who have left their homes for survival to maintain a minimum standard of living. This goes beyond humanitarianism and plays a crucial role in international solidarity and sustainable development.
(1) Emergency Relief and Distribution of Relief Goods
We play a vital role in alleviating the suffering of victims and saving lives through swift and effective emergency rescue operations. We dispatch rescue teams to conduct search and rescue operations for survivors and distribute emergency food, clothing, hygiene kits, cooking utensils, and other basic necessities to support victims’ basic lives. It is important to note that customized support should be provided considering the culture, language, and religion of each region.

(2) Refugee Assistance Project
We carry out various activities to guarantee the basic right to survival of refugees and support their self-reliance. We provide food, water, clothing, and other basic necessities, set up mobile clinics, and support the operation of schools and educational programs for refugee children. It is important to note that the human rights of refugees must be respected and protected. We should also cooperate with other relief organizations to establish an effective support system.

| 4. Cultural Exchange and Technological Sharing Project
This project provides opportunities to share knowledge and technology between different regions. This can be a valuable resource for the development of developing countries and create economic opportunities. It has a deeper meaning of building a global civil society that respects sustainable development and cultural diversity in local communities.
(1) K-Content
K-Content can have various positive impacts on people in developing countries beyond simple entertainment. By promoting the Saemaul Undong (New Community Movement), Korean language schools, Taekwondo competitions, K-dramas/movies, Korean cultural experience groups, and disseminating K-Content through online platforms, it helps raise the awareness of local people and enables them to engage in creative economic activities. Most importantly, the success stories and positive messages in K-Content give people living in difficult circumstances hope and dreams, and raise their expectations for the future.

(2) Cultural Exchange
Through cultural exchanges such as performances and cultural festivals, cultural center projects, online exchanges, student exchange programs, technology workshops, and joint research projects, the cultural and technological levels of local residents are raised. By directly experiencing other cultures, people can broaden their worldview and develop an attitude of respecting diversity. For Koreans, it can increase interest in international issues and foster a sense of responsibility as global citizens.

| 5. Overseas Volunteer Service Project
By sending volunteer team to areas in need, we address pressing challenges and provide volunteers with opportunities to grow into experts in international development cooperation through hands-on experience in the field. They gain opportunities to reflect on themselves and grow in new environments and cultures, and to rediscover the value of life through service. They can understand diverse cultures, increase their interest in international issues, and fulfill their roles as global citizens.
(1) Short-Term Volunteer Team
We support overseas volunteer activities of schools and organizations and send volunteer groups composed of pro bono professionals to conduct short-term (less than 3 months) volunteer activities such as cultural camps, medical services, emergency medical care, and educational infrastructure development. Through volunteer activities, we can promote a positive image of Korea to the world and enhance our status in the international community. We can also experience different cultures and cultivate a global citizenship.

(2) Long-term Volunteer Team
We send professional project managers affiliated with GMA or cooperate with organizations conducting international development cooperation projects to send experts who can stay in the field for more than a year to conduct local projects. This provides opportunities to foster professionals with abundant field experience and to grow into international leaders. Most importantly, it allows volunteers to broaden their international perspective and provide high-quality services in various fields by utilizing their expertise.
